When an ACM has been removed, it would be useful to indicate the following: Removed status (checkbox would be ok) Removed date Removal contractor This will be helpful for the person reading the report, who may need follow up with the relevant removal contractors. This will also make it clearer when comparing two reports (e.g. one before and after the removal works) to show what's changed.

Create a template for carrying out Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ) tests on a work environment. The report will include sections for: Thermal Comfort (Temperature, Relative Humidity) Indoor Gases (CO, CO2, TVOC, HCOH, Ozone, NO2) Airborne Particulates (PM2.5, PM10) Microbiological (Bacterial, Fungal) Environmental Comfort (Light, Noise) Please note: This template covers all Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) checks, plus additional checks for light and noise. So, we've called it an IEQ template rather than an IAQ template (although it is suitable for both)
