At the moment, our current cherry-pick feature allows you to choose which Sections and Fields to copy, but not the exact items or records within a section. The next planned improvement would let users filter their selection further when copying a report. Instead of copying all items within a section , you’d be able to apply a filter to select only the relevant items you want. This improvement will make the 'Copy Report' feature more targeted and reduce the need to delete unnecessary items afterwards. Example: When copying an Asbestos Survey report, allow users to copy only the inspection items matching the specific filter: "WHERE suspect asbestos is checked"

Use photo metadata for timestamps rather than the date when the image was added to the inspection record (which can be a little misleading if the image was appended afterwards)

Deleting multiple items via the dashboard is currently very slow, since items must be deleted individually. I'd like to be able to "bulk delete" items to save time. Use case: After copying a report for re-inspection, purposes I often need to remove multiple items that are no longer relevant for the new inspection.

During a survey there are times when it would be helpful to take a video instead of a photograph. This may be for internal purposes, such as creating an estimate for remedials.

As a dashboard/mobile app user, I'd like to be able to annotate floorplans with "clickable inspection points", for example, sample collection points. When clicked, these annotated inspection points should redirect readers to the relevant items on my report. This feature will make reports more interactive and provide a better client experience.

When a stage is set to "snag", it would be useful to be able to add a reason. This may come in useful at various points during the lifecycle of a job, for example: Aborted site visits - Surveyor was unable to access the site. Quality control - QC checks failed. Issuing reports - The report could not be issued to the client. Another scenario could be that there were no samples taken during an Asbestos survey. When marking the 'Lab Results' as complete, it can be recorded that no samples were taken/results entered.

Each pipeline should have a set of "allowed reports".
