Notify my team when there are important changes to the status of a job. Currently, we need to communicate these events manually via text or email, which causes delays in job completion. e.g. When the site work part of a job is complete, notify my office team to begin work on the floorplans. As a dashboard user, I'd like to copy inspection records from one template and paste them into a template with a different data structure to move my data around in a flexible way. Use cases: When carrying out a re-inspection, the original report may have been created using an old template. For the re-inspection, I want to use the most up-to-date template. I want to copy data from one report to another. e.g. copy register data from an asbestos survey to an asbestos management plan. I want to copy data from an old report template (e.g. Asbestos Survey v3) to a new template (e.g. Asbestos Survey v4) where the data columns may have changed.

Automatic reminders for when reinspections are due for old jobs. e.g. Asbestos survey jobs require 12-monthly reinspections.

Apply a pre-made "bezel" to floorplans and schematics. This will be styled with our company branding and show keys for asbestos, no-access rooms, etc

If an item is accidentally deleted there is no way of retrieving the data. It would be useful to move deleted items to a recycle bin where they can be easily restored but are permanently deleted after 'x' days.

When viewing a section with multiple items, if there is a sort applied, the column order should match the sort order.

Allow me to easily create an Asbestos Management Plan using the asbestos register data from an Asbestos Survey.

In some cases, it would be helpful to restore an earlier audit record, for example, if an inspection item has been changed in error.

When adding a section view, include the ability to pin specific columns. Use Case: When QC'ing a Fire Damper Inspection, sort by Fire Damper ID, photo 1 and photo2 and pin these three columns.
