Our advanced scheduling features are currently being tested. If you'd like to try this feature out, please get in touch with andrew@flowmobile.app
This is a different approach to Flow's existing scheduling where your third party calendar (e.g. Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) becomes the primary way to schedule jobs. Your calendar then syncs back to Flow Mobile Surveying when changes are made.
We've had mixed reviews from clients so far. For some, it's the perfect solution. Others prefer the current (simple) scheduling. But we can, where your third-party calendar (e.g., Gmail, revert you back to the simple scheduling if you don't like it.
Please note: This feature is only available on request. It won't be made available for everyone.

Paul, does that mean you can create new jobs on the go, using just your mobile.

Greg Beeston:
Hey Greg, thanks for your message.
This feature request is to automatically add Flow jobs into your calendars, such as Outlook or Google Calendar 🗓️.
The "Create jobs on the mobile app" feature you're interested in should be ready in the next week or so. You can follow our progress below:
It was planned sooner. But we realised that letting users create jobs on the mobile app might result in duplicate jobs being created by accident.
So we're releasing another feature first; that makes your jobs more visible on the mobile app. This should be ready tomorrow (although it might be a day or two before it's available on the app store).
All the best,
Paul
