Indicate when someone has viewed a report URL

For larger reports, I often send clients the report URL so they can download the PDF report themselves.
However, there have been occasions when clients have withheld payment because they say they haven't seen the report.
In these cases, it would be helpful to know if they have opened the report URL and viewed the report.
