At the moment, our current cherry-pick feature allows you to choose which Sections and Fields to copy, but not the exact items or records within a section.

The next planned improvement would let users filter their selection further when copying a report. Instead of copying , you’d be able to apply a filter to select you want.

This improvement will make the 'Copy Report' feature more targeted and reduce the need to delete unnecessary items afterwards.

Example:

When copying an Asbestos Survey report, allow users to copy only the inspection items matching the specific filter: "WHERE is checked"
