I'd like the ability to pause (and resume) my Flow subscription to the Paid Plan via the dashboard, rather than having to contact the Flow team.
This could be because I'm taking a temporary break from work or because my work volume has reduced.

Flow users with Admin permissions can now pause (cancel) and resume their subscription to the Paid Plan via the Dashboard.
A new option has been added under the 'Billing' tab to 'Cancel Subscription'.
At the end of your current billing period:
You'll revert back to the Demo Plan.
All reports will have a watermark that says 'Created with a Trial Version'.
Your data will remain intact.
We won't take any further payments.
You can re-subscribe to the Paid Plan again at any time.
