Have you ever been on a job and thought
"I wish I could have a useful image of these floor plans on my device instead of wrestling with this huge, A2 sheet of paper..."
Well, now you can!
Here's how it works:
First, the image must be synced with the Flow Dashboard.
If the image was uploaded via the Dashboard before you went on-site, this will already have happened. If it's an image you've taken on-site, ensure you have a good data signal, ideally connected to Wi-Fi.
You can now navigate to this image on the Mobile App, and tap to view.
This will open a new web page displaying the full-size image, and this can be moved around with a single fingertip or stylus, and 'two-finger pinched' (place two fingers on the screen and spread them apart to zoom in or move them closer together to zoom out).
When you're done, close the web page to return to the Flow Mobile App.
Update your app to use this feature:
This feature is only available on Mobile App version 1.93.0 and above.
Update your app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) or better yet, turn on automatic updates for your device.
When this feature will come in handy:
- When your Client has provided a digital copy of their floor plans or technical drawings/schematics.
- When you're conducting a reinspection or revisit, and want to refer to previous points of interest.
- When you want to refer to attached technical documents (like sample test certificates or chemical data sheets).
